You cannot Judge at all if the other person will join or not. It happened many times whenever I felt this person will join, in most cases that person has not joined the business. The legal distinction between MLMs and traditional pyramid schemes has been characterized by many authorities as a legal fiction. Jurisdictions that retain a legal distinction between MLM pyramid businesses versus illegal pyramid schemes retain said distinction on two key distinguishing features: 1) that MLMs always encompass the sale of actual products/services, while traditional illegal pyramid schemes ordinarily do not (though sometimes they do), and 2) that climbing an MLM pyramid is overwhelmingly statistically improbable (especially to its highest participant levels) but not theoretically impossible, whereas climbing a traditional illegal pyramid scheme is both statistically and theoretically impossible.
One of the greatest pitfalls most network marketers fall into is the lure of huge potential income from an MLM business. Therefore, they end up not paying enough attention to what the company is asking them to sell. In MLM, as in any other industry, you can’t sell something effectively that you aren’t proud of. You won’t be enthusiastic about it, and potential customers will be able to smell that lack of enthusiasm from a mile away.
Geeze…get your business building strategies out of the stone age! Warm marketing prospecting is the lamest from of marketing there is…it’s one of the reasons for the 97% failure rate in this industry. Build a filtering system, use technology to drive large numbers of prospects to the system, then work with those who contact you. Creating 50 to 200 prospects per day and filtering out those who are not serious is easy to do. Working your warm market is painfully slow and ridiculous marketing.
