Another network marketing training tip that you should always utilize is working directly with new people. The last thing you want to do is have people sign up under you and then allow them to get lost in the shuffle of all of your other activities during the week. When people are new, they need to be motivate. More than likely, your particular MLM company allows people to work together, visit the homes of potential clients and downline members, and also invite people to the meetings that you have each week. You want to make sure that these individuals know that you will be there with them every step of the way, and in doing so you will build their competence to move forward.

Hey Ray, I could not agree more that you have to have a constant lead flow and it does take time to generate your own. So of course I always give leads to my new recruits when they are willing to call them. I am not a cold calling type of person so generating my own is the best way for me. I hated cold calling and love the fact that when I call the leads that I generated I have immediate posture because they have already figured out that I am very successful. Other network marketers use the internet to attract a downline in still another way. Your first thought might be junk e-mail, but it's not used by those who are most successful. We're talking about network marketers who actively participate in online forums or discussion groups, usually related to the product they are selling, where they answer questions and offer advice that earns people's trust and interest.
Use social media. Posts asking people to join your team won't likely produce results, but if you're clever, you can use social media to generate interest in your business and possible leads. For example, if you sell weight-loss products, you can promote before and after pictures on Pinterest or Instagram. If you sell makeup, you can post tutorials on YouTube that you share across social sites.
